Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS* 1 cup chicken broth
* 3/4 cup brewed coffee
* 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
* 1 tsp. dried oregano
* 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
* 1 cup long-grain rice

In a medium pot, combine chicken broth, coffee, butter, oregano, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil; add rice, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until rice is tender, 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat; serve warm.
