Here is a yummy espresso recipe my friend made for me.  I LOVE it.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Cold water
• 2 tb Ground espresso coffee
• ½ Cinnamon stick (3″ long)
• 4 ts Crème de Cacao
• 2 ts Brandy
• 2 tb Whipping cream, chilled
• Grated semisweet chocolate to garnish

How To:

You will need your espresso machine to whip up this one. Especially if you want to make really strong coffee and use a small amount of water. Make your espresso to your liking and then break the cinnamon stick into tiny pieces into your cup and add the hot espresso. You should let it cool for 1 minute. Now you want to put in your brandy and crème de cacao then stir. If you are a serious espresso drinker you have those cute demitasse cups, add some whip  cream, and float some on top of each cup. To make it fancy garnish with grated chocolate or fancy chocolate curls. Multiply proportions by six and it’s perfect for a party. Serves 2
