The La Rosa de Cafe (the Rose of Coffee is grown in a tiny microclimate nestled in a mountain area 5,800 above sea level. Because it is cooler at this high elevation, the coffee ripens slower, and can only be picked during the "main harvest"... We are happy to wait, since the coffee is smooth and balanced... ready to drink all day long!

Dulce de sol means "Sun Sweet". This coffee, from the Santa Elena Estate, is processed in a long, labor-intensive way. After picking, the outer red skins are removed and the coffee is spread out on large, concrete patios to dry for 12 days... an unheard of long time in the coffee milling process. The result? A sweet breakfast coffee that is a perfect morning starter. Try it-the cup is a pleasant surprise!
