The La Rosa de Cafe (the Rose of Coffee is grown in a tiny microclimate nestled in a mountain area 5,800 above sea level. Because it is cooler at this high elevation, the coffee ripens slower, and can only be picked during the "main harvest"... We are happy to wait, since the coffee is smooth and balanced... ready to drink all day long!
