The perfect nightcap or after-dinner drink on a cold winter evening.
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa, plus more for dusting
* 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
* 4 cups hot brewed coffee
* 1/4 cup brown sugar

Irish Coffee Ingredients:1-1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
2 sugar cubes
freshly-brewed coffee (dark roast)
homemade whipped cream
Directions:

Brew a pot of your favorite dark roast coffee.
Whip up some heavy cream until firm, but not stiff. Do not sweeten.
Heat your Irish Coffee glasses by filling them with hot water (always serve hot drinks in a preheated glass).
